I find it when I forget to look.
I'm embarrassingly inspired by Kanye West. I don't mean I listen to his work, while I'm working. When I wear headphones at work, they're usually off.
I love the guy's dedication to embrace new technology and style. I love the way he'll run with something even if it's a bad idea. He's great at executing just about anything.
And he's relentless. If he screws up (Katrina Mike Meyers debacle), he doesn't let it get him down. He just moves on to the next project.
