That is, when the client gives you the idea, then tells you to take their idea and make it not suck.

That's what my first post was referring to.

I am particularly excited about this post, because I have always thought that too! It seems to me that some of the best, simplest ideas are really, really, easy to come up with. There is no "making it work." It just works.

But don't tell the clients that or we'll have to stop overcharging them.

I agree 100 percent, i just think it's weird because usually the ideas that work so easily were really hard to come up with. But once you do it's like the whole campaign just falls out of it in 15 minutes.
