The future is a lot more intimidating as a unit than as a series of units.

One unit at a time.

The reason the future is intimidating is because it IS a unit. If you break the unit down into sections, it leaves no room for ominous projections, because you have a schedule rather than an unpredictable forecast.

At least, until the flux capacitor finally becomes a reality.

This unit I shall address as "Using my brain to make money" unit. The next one will be addressed as "falling down stairs, jumping off buildings, taking a cannonball to the chest in front of a rolling camera" unit. And my last one will be "spiraling into dementia, pooping myself, trying to mend body and mind in old age" unit. I got it all planned out.
