Congrats on your 101st post!
Not that the evidence isn't everywhere, but i spend my days reminding myself that everybody is smarter than me at something, and therefore should be treated as experts on something.
When I was "gainful employ" at an agency, I usually heeded this advice.
I did, however, make one exception. For a particularly vacuous AE.
Then again, this individual was my best friend since we were 8. And he deserved the condescension.
Otherwise, yeah. Be nice.
