When the 'Heels win convincingly. Otherwise they're pretty much a detriment to my psyche.

Looking toward each day as an opportunity to try something different, being from showering with my clothes on (personally getting clean and doing laundry at the same time! Double win!) to seeing how many people I can freak out by staring directly into their eyes. The craziness comes in cycles.

Wait, you said keeps me sane? Sanity is a pseudo luxury to those who think all is right with the world. Craziness is my sanity. I do not fear problems, but rather embrace them. The safety of mediocrity bores me.

Dance with me Dan, Dance the dance of life! (Ah, family guy)

Thankfully, nothing. Where would the world be without Dali, Picasso or even the Beatles. Why are we so afraid of our demons? Embrace the little bastards, they could make your kids or ex-wife rich.

Sportscenter. Sports and comedy, if my tv started to disburse beer and wings it's what I imagine heaven to be.
