I dunno. Having been a boss, and having interviewed countless maroons in my day, I'd hire someone who owns their flaws and is working on overcoming them over someone who's oblivious (or worse, someone who doesn't care enough to improve themselves).

Of course, that's a work thing. I wouldn't suggest barfing out a litany of shortcomings on a first date.
