You posted this at 5:45 in the MORNING? That's dedication.
Wait wait wait. Does this mean I'm going to have to show people I work hard to come up with good ideas as opposed to pulling them out of my ass? My God this business gets more demanding all the time.
Rusty, it’s not so much how you come up with ideas; you are free to pull ideas out of whatever crevice you wish.
What I meant is that we are all judged by how we conduct ourselves. Do we nurture, build, neglect or destroy relationships? Are we ethical, honest and original?
To me, those are the important things, and they become more and more important over time, eventually usurping the work itself.
You have nothing to worry about, trust me.
